Russia targets three of Ukrainian largest energy company's five operating thermal power plants over the weekend

Ukraine struck an underground military command post in Marino, Kursk, located ~40km from Ukraine. The command post was stuck by around a dozen UK Storm Shadow cruise missiles and likely had Russian commanders, and possibly North Korean military officals (Defense Express).

One user, Ukraine Battle Map, posted a satellite photo and video of the strike with the caption

Ukrainian forces released drone footage of the Storm Shadow strikes against Mar'ino, Kursk region, Russia. It shows that the missiles targeted the secondary buildings of that facility and hit at least 3 buildings. I marked the impact points on the map. This was an important operation. That's for sure. The fact that the Russian air defense failed to this extent that the missiles got through and even the surveillance drone could operate unimpededly speaks volumes."

Another X user, Tendar, posted photos and videos and wrote

According to our estimates, only a fraction of these bombs fail, so it doesn't affect the practical effectiveness of this weapon, no matter how cynical that may sound."

Leviev said

A certain percentage of Russian bombs is defective. This problem has existed since they started using these UMPK kits and it's not being fundamentally solved. We think these accidental releases are caused by the unreliability of these kits, something that does not seem to bother the Air Force."

Ruslan Leviev, a military expert with the Conflict Intelligence Team, told The Washington Post

We have seen over recent weeks a significant change in the [Russian] action and the rhetoric on Ukraine

He told MPs

For our enemies to be deterred they must know we intend to have no holes in our capabilities, or at least we will soon be upgrading them
