Heathrow Airport fire chaos blamed on 'Putin sabotage operation' by Russian trolls

Counterterrorism police are now probing the cause of an electricity substation power that starved London's Heathrow Airport of power and caused it to close down on Friday, sparking travel chaos, The Times of London reported.

More than 1,300 flights to and from the UK's busiest airport will be impacted today due to its closure following a fire at the nearby North Hyde electrical substation.
