Outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden green-lighted Ukraine’s use of ATACMS on Sunday.
That strike saw the Ukrainians use American-made and supplied long-range missiles known as ATACMS, which President Biden had given the Ukrainian forces permission to fire deeper into Russian territory only two days earlier.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has received a phone call during a press briefing on 21 November asking her not to comment on the allegations of a Russian intercontinental ballistic missile strike on Ukraine.
